TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After approximately eight years of supporting this biz the owner has not been respectful of my time or my loyalty. He is NOT dependable. He does NOT return calls. He has broken several appts w/me & never has he had the courtesy to call or anything. TERRIBLE people skills. I've seen this happen b4. He won't last.

I have my new lap top ... Did not understand how to protect it !! I got in touch with REDCOM ! I was given such a easy way to go with a simple solution to protect my Mac . Please dont hesitate to call and get yourself any advice from them ..Thanks for your support .

Exceptional customer service, extremely patient with setting up my PC from scratch at a very reasonable price. Stayed with me for over six hours making sure I got the customer service I need. Did not leave until certain all my concerns were addressed and my software was functioning correctly. Could not give a higher level of praise if possible.
